The project is developed based on existing VA-250 helicopter system. It
has an enlarged cockpit to accommodate three people: one victim on
stretchers and an accompanying medical officer in addition to a pilot. The
nose of the cockpit is tilted upwards to load the stretcher from the front. It is
also to transport cargo of up to 200 kg. Carbon fiberglass blades and many
fuselage parts made in matrixes from VA-250 are used.

Thanks to the pine scheme，the helicopter has high characteristics at height and in a hot climate, which allows it to be used in rescue operations in the mountains.
